About Ariadne:
Ariadne Kapsali is a Certified Therapeutic Coach, Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Guide and Mental Health Professional. With a background in Psychological therapies, she has completed a Health Psychology MSc, is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Skills for Depression and Anxiety and continues to develop her skills in Mindfulness approaches, breath-work and more. After a decade of working in the NHS and Mental Health Services, Ariadne now combines her training and experience offering coaching on an individual and group basis, as well as workshops and Corporate Wellbeing Sessions. Her approach incorporates aspects of Mindfulness, Positive & Health Psychology, CBT tools as well as yoga practices, to help people manage stress, improve wellbeing and build fulfilling lives.
Ariadne facilitates regular Corporate Mindfulness sessions, as well as tailored Wellbeing Workshops and seminars in various companies and organisations. She also runs group and 1:1 Corporate Coaching Sessions, as part of Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
